Extremely disappointed with Mac Style. I hired decor for my father-in-law’s 60th birthday on 4th October, and things went terribly wrong. The gold beaded ball centerpieces we ordered were unavailable upon collection despite pre-ordering, and the replacements arrived late and in a very poor condition — damaged, dirty, unpolished.
This was not only embarrassing, but also left us with no time to source alternatives. After multiple follow-ups, a month later, I’m still waiting for a refund for the damaged items.
Poor service and no accountability — I would not recommend them.

Thank you Mac Style Hire for your kind and prompt assistance with my last minute birthday party decor. Shireen was extremely helpful both telephonically and in person when I arrived an hour later to collect. I wasn't sure what i wanted besides the tables and chairs, but she spent the time giving me recommendations on add-ons like table cloths and vases. The table peach satin table cloths were perfect. My deposit was refunded within a reasonable time. Good value and service - keep it up guys :-)
