Budget Guide
Decor Package Budget Guide (excludes catering, serviceware and staff). This guide includes decor, furniture, crockery, cutlery and flowers, plus setup and breakdown.

Booking and Consultation Process
To confirm dates and ensure we only take on serious bookings, we secure all bookings with a deposit.
Booking deposit
- R2,000 non-refundable deposit to secure your date
Included with your booking deposit
- 1 consultation
- 1 floral mock-up (concept sample based on your chosen look)
- 1 site visit (venue walkthrough to confirm setup plan and logistics)
If you request items that need to be sourced from an external supplier/company, we are happy to arrange it.
- A 15% handling fee applies to externally sourced items
This covers supplier liaison, procurement, coordination, and accountability for delivery and returns where applicable.
Breakdown and Collection
Breakdown and collection is charged separately due to labour, time and logistics.
