1. Rental Cancellation & Refunds
- If a rental booking is canceled at least 7 days before the event, a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.
2. Early Returns
- No refunds will be given for early returns or unused rental items.
- Once the items have been collected or delivered, the full rental fee applies.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
- The renter is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rental items.
- All rental items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Any damaged or missing items will be charged at their full replacement cost.
4. Late Returns
- Rentals are due for return on the agreed date (default Monday unless arranged otherwise).
- Late returns will incur additional daily rental fees until returned.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
