• Late returns will be charged daily.

• The renter is responsible for keeping items clean and undamaged.

4. Payment Terms

• All rental requests are subject to availability.
• Payment is due before collection or delivery (if applicable).
• Additional charges may apply for damages, missing items, or late returns.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

6. Liability

• Macstyle Hire is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by rented items.
• The renter assumes full responsibility for the use of all rental items.

7. Force Majeure

Macstyle Hire is not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, strikes, or disasters.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
